Jen is the CEO of Mobile Growth Association. She brings over 15 years of experience in media, publishing, and operations to the company. Her tenure includes running operations for the world’s largest academic online journal; leading media relations teams; developing content strategy; managing content development and distribution; and driving performance and growth.
Theresa Cramer is a veteran writer and editor, who has been covering technology—specifically the business of digital content—for over a decade. She is also the author of Inside Content Marketing: EContent Magazine's Guide to Roles, Tools, and Strategies for Thriving in the Age of Brand Journalism. Based in Connecticut, she is an avid podcast listener, nascent rock climber, and enjoys paddle boarding around the pond she lives on.
Michele Harhut is an expert Events Director and Manager with over 13 years of experience in full-scale event management in fast-paced and dynamic environments, specializing in innovative vision creating, production, and execution. Based in Florida, she is a dog mom to Coco, a taco lover, an avid reader, and a true-crime podcast listener. Her passions also include traveling, Backstreet Boys concerts, and amateur photography.
Kamini Perera has worked for over 7 years at MGS. Her responsibilities include ticketing, invoices, market research, mailing list management and qualifying events of both MGS and other companies. Based in Sri Lanka, Kamini enjoys traveling and meeting new people and observing different cultures.
Ray Salloom is a veteran of the mobile and web industry, working at companies such as Bandai Namco, DeNA, QuinStreet, Technorati, and LookSmart, leading analytical, content, and marketing efforts over the past two decades. As the community manager, his position will help in building and fostering the MGS Tribe worldwide. Ray enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and listening to music from his youth and today.
Christina leads dynamic companies as they continue to innovate and evolve with the technologies of today and tomorrow. She hosts the Fintech Growth Talk podcast and engages with diverse audiences as a speaker, mentor, and educator, from industry conferences to team development events, startup accelerators, and academic classes. Christina has a passion for new solutions and brings years of experience, including at global enterprises such as Facebook, Visa, and AT&T, as well as entrepreneurial startups funded by Sequoia, Greylock, and Index Ventures. She has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Dave is a highly accomplished and enterprising sales executive with a proven track record of success. He is extremely analytical and strategic with the ability to turn contacts into revenue. He is an innovative leader who inspires and delivers results. Dave has over 10 years of experience in mobile, gaming, monetization, and advertising. He co-founded Mobile Growth Association as a way to bring mobile app marketers together.
Casey Rock has been involved in events organization and management for over five years – and also has a strong background in journalism and public relations. Currently, Casey is the Head of Content at SuperPeer, where he oversees content and speakers. As part of the Advisory Board, Casey provides guidance, insights, and training to MGA on a variety of topics and needs. Based in Utah, he greatly enjoys the outdoors – hiking, climbing, camping, and running as much as he can. He is an amateur photographer, videographer, and streamer. He also manages and sings in an indie rock band.
Jeet has led mobile growth for multiple games in the top 50 grossing charts for more than eight years. As a VP of marketing and monetization, Jeet currently leads user acquisition, retention, monetization, creative, and business analysis teams to drive growth in the casual gaming space. Jeet is considered a top mobile marketing expert in the space. He loves reading business strategy books, running, and playing soccer with his two daughters in his free time.
Ewa is a Director of Product at Doctolib, where she is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the product and oversees tech-related partnerships. She also mentors startups in emerging markets through Seedstars and heads the European Chapter of Mobile Growth Association. Ewa has been in the online industry for over ten years. Her special interests in advancing technologies and abilities as a born networker allowed her to become an in-demand expert in a tech-driven field. Ewa believes in a solution-driven approach and that when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
Deniz has more than 14 years of experience in gaming, e-commerce, and digital collectibles. Previous roles include Director of Marketing at Machine Zone, Product Lead (monetization and growth) at Zynga Poker, Head of Studio at Fun+, General Manager at Topps Digital, VP of Growth and Monetization at Idle Games, COO at Epics Digital Collectibles. Broad and deep knowledge of P/L Management, digital product development, user acquisition, and monetization.
Meredith’s background includes more than ten years of experience in product marketing, identifying market opportunities, creating go-to-market strategies, and building stories that connect to target audiences. She currently leads product marketing at CleverTap and previously held digital experience roles at Gap, Disney, and Electronic Arts.
David is the founder of the Serial Marketer consultancy, where he generates demand for growth-mode B2B startups and agencies. He also founded and runs the 2,000-member Serial Marketers community. Prior roles include leading marketing for video production marketplace Storyhunter, leading strategy at social listening firm Sysomos, and co-founding the emerging media division of Dentsu agency 360i. He has contributed more than 600 columns to outlets such as Advertising Age, MediaPost, VentureBeat, and Adweek, and he has spoken at more than 350 global events. David is also the Serial Marketer Weekly newsletter publisher and the author of the book "Berky's Marketing English."

In addition, he has unparalleled domain expertise in cloud, enterprise software, database, and middleware.
Alan was Vice President of Marketing & Sales for several U.S. and European companies, co-founded and sold a startup to an F500 company, and founded his own companies. For the past 20+ years, he has been working with startup and early-stage companies and has helped more than 100 founders bring their ideas to life.
James is VP Growth of Pray.com, the top app for faith and prayer. He led the user acquisition teams of Grab, Coinbase, and Match Group and is an advisor to consumer businesses such as Coffee Meets Bagel, Radish Fiction, and Simple Habit. Before marketing, James worked in private equity and investment banking. He was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 for Marketing and Advertising.
Andreas is an innovative product leader and results‐oriented management professional with 10+ years of strategic and operational experience in product, growth, and analytics of consumer products. He has a passion for both starting companies (Life360 - ASX:360) and scaling businesses (Reddit, Credit Karma). Andreas is currently a product lead at Facebook, focusing on growing Remote Presence Products.
Mark has dedicated his entire professional career to helping clients grow, retain, and attract new clients. As a result of Mark's passion for growing companies, he joined Association Analytics, where he oversees sales, marketing, partnerships, operations, and contracts. Since joining A2, the organization has grown 350% in the first year. Prior to his latest role, for over 10 years, Mark was the CRO of Higher Logic. Under Mark's leadership, Higher Logic grew to the most widely used community platform in North America; was consistently ranked in the INC 500/5000 Fastest Growing Companies list; voted 50 greatest places to work in “The Washingtonian” and other publications; grew from a couple employees to about 350; and grew to a multi-hundred-million-dollar business from a bootstrapped organization. During his career, Mark has helped thousands of organizations with digital transformation, while increasing revenues. Mark also advises and consults other companies on organizational growth strategies.
Ron joined AC Business media in 2021 as CEO with 30 years of experience in executive media and management roles, specializing in driving the reinvention of brand and product through digital strategy, data integration, and performance marketing innovation. In his previous role as CEO and founder of SpinKorp LLC, he led a national media consultancy focused on transformative digital product strategy for his clients. His prior experience includes leading brand, product, and revenue as Executive Vice President for Hanley Wood media, an integrated B2B information & solution provider for the housing and building construction sector. Spink has also held several executive and management roles with Crain Communications, ACC Communications, and BPA Worldwide, serving on numerous board and advisory groups in the media and construction spaces. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, earning a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate.
Karen Pagitt was born in Indiana, before moving to Buenos Aires, Argentina for nine years. She graduated high school in Miami, Florida before migrating to Central Texas (Austin area) in 1982 and is still there. Karen has two children, two grandchildren, and two dogs. “I guess I like things in pairs,” she says. Karen speaks Spanish as a second language and worked in the asphalt industry for the association for 28 years where she gained experience and expertise. Karen is a very hard worker, a team player, and easygoing.
Tricia has over 20 years of global experience leading teams through all functions and operational tactics of Trade Shows, Meetings, and Association strategy. Her work spans companies and departments at various stages of growth, including established and turnaround settings. A utility player who is a skilled change agent, master of project management, and loves challenging the status quo. She is a dog mom to Honey and Hollis, loves the Bucks, Packers, and Brewers!
Catherine is co-founder and SVP, Marketing at The Meet Group. The Meet Group owns and operates the most engaging dating communities, including MeetMe, Skout, Tagged, and GROWLr. Serving millions of daters daily, each month, TMG’s live streaming solutions entice its community to spend 1 billion minutes in video. The Meet Group traces its roots back to when Catherine co-founded myYearbook with her brother Dave in 2005. The Meet Group sold for $500 million in September 2020 and is now part of ParshipMeet Group. Catherine heads marketing and drives new features that deliver on its mission — to meet the universal need for human connection. Catherine holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Catherine has been reported on extensively on CNBC, MTV, ABC News, Fox News, CosmoGIRL, BusinessWeek, the San Francisco Chronicle, and CBS.
